  1. Explanation is clear and detailed, however the second step is redundant. Presentation- Work is present in a neat clear organized manner which could be easily read.

  3. The mathematical concept is clear and very easy to understand.
The workings are also very easy to follow and the neat handwriting and presentation makes the workings easy to read.
The method and answer is clear and answers to the question.

  4. Conceptually correct
Very easy to follow as it goes step by step
Would like to see you state the values of a, b and c before subbing in
The a looks like a 9 which can be confusing.

  5. Mathematical Concepts - The methods are right , Answers is very accurate.

Explanation - Got confused @ 4th step for a while. Need to show what is that 4th step about ( D = b^2 - 4ac) . Also have to show that no real roots means D < 0. Also no need to show "=" with "<" just remove the equal sign will do.

Presentation - Neat handwriting and clear steps. Just need to show the conditions of the question better and able to lead the reader/marker to follow your reasoning.

    Nice work though :D

  6. Mathematical concept is erred as there is no such thing as = < x. I do not know if it means ≤ or just <.
In terms of explanation, students did not properly explain the use of the discriminant, and points are sudden and not fluid.
Presentation though clear, is ruined by the proper lack of a full explanation.

  7. - Good understanding of the concept
    - Effortless to read
    - some steps can be reduced.

  8. Presentation is very clear and neat

    There is no such thing as a =< x, it should either be a = x or a <= x

Your final answer is not clearly marked out. You should underline or make some marking to show the marker what/where your final answer is

  9. Should write down values of each coefficient as it might confuse people with what you are doing at line 4.
    Neat and clear presentation.
    2nd line is not necessary.

  10. Presentation is quite clear but there is no such thing as = <X
Maybe include the quadratic formula before jumping straight into it as people may not get it at first glance.
Besides the unneeded step this is fine, but final answer should be highlighted

  11. The Concept is Correct.
Presentation is very clear, neat and easily to follow.
If substitution was shown it would be better.
In some places 9 can be mistaken for a but handwriting other than that is ok.
If final answer was clearly marked it would be better.
